3RD COURSE: Mediterranean Artichoke Farfalle - Farfalle pasta tossed with artichoke hearts, red onion, sundried tomato, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and feta in a bright lemon-butter white wine sauce with a touch of red pepper flake.
