1ST COURSE: Salmon Cake - Thai-inspired salmon cakes over house slaw, drizzled with spicy aioli and May Ploy sweet chili sauce, finished with roasted peanuts, micro cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime.

2ND COURSE: Choice of Cup of the Soup of the Day or House Salad

3RD COURSE: Truffle-Honey Fried Chicken - Crispy buttermilk fried chicken drizzled with warm truffle honey, plated over silky garlic mashed potatoes and served with green beans almondine — toasted almonds, browned butter, and lemon zest.
