In taking over this historic building called On The Waterfront, one of the first thing we needed to do was to put in commercial flooring. We reached out to Justin and Sufi Ratcliffe at Premiere Flooring, the flooring experts in Lake County. They were very competitive with their quote and were able to fit us into their busy schedule. Although we’ve known Justin for years (as we were in the same warehouse complex), it was the first time working with him professionally, we would highly recommend them to others.

Without Mike Borg, On the Waterfront Restaurant never would have happened. As the building’s owner and our landlord, Mike had several people interested in this historic “On The Waterfront” building.
